Attendees can harvest available fruits and vegetables, kōkua our mahi‘ai, and connect with different organizations in our community. Keiki can also have fun at the activity station. U-Pick events are free and open to the public (no pre-registration required). Everything is by donation so please take what you need and give what you can. All are welcome.

Meeting Room, this fun family event features a kid-friendly movie on the big screen. This month’s feature is GOAT (2026), a fun-filled animated adventure about Will, a small goat with big dreams of becoming a professional roarball player. When he gets the chance to join the pros, Will must overcome challenges, earn the trust of his teammates, and prove that heart and determination can be just as powerful as size. Packed with humor, exciting action, and positive messages about teamwork and believing in yourself, GOAT is a family-friendly film everyone can enjoy.

A light snack may be provided while supplies last. Feel free to bring a favorite blanket or cushion to make the experience even cozier.

Join us in person for the Pili Nā Moku Listening and Visioning Session in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu. This gathering is a chance to learn about the Pili Nā Moku Community Funding Opportunity and connect with others in the moku. This session is also a space to build pilina and answer questions about the funding opportunity. Our focus will be on ʻāina‑based, network‑building, knowledge‑exchange, capacity‑building, and community‑governance efforts.

This FREE community event brings together kūpuna, moʻopuna, families, and community members for a morning of culture, connection, and learning on the WCCHC Main Campus Makai Lawn.

Enjoy hands-on cultural experiences led by the WCCHC’s Native Hawaiian Healing Center and Ha Ola Mau, including:

Light refreshments and pupus will be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring a mat or blanket for seating on the lawn.

Join Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center for Ola Pono: Health & Wellness Day, a FREE community event focused on promoting healthy lifestyles through prevention, wellness, and access to valuable health services and community resources. Stop by the WCCHC Makai Lawn during Mākeke ʻIki to connect with health programs, receive FREE health screenings and educational resources, enjoy live entertainment, and shop for fresh, locally grown produce from community vendors.

Everyone is welcome—you do not need to be a WCCHC patient to attend.

Makaha Students and their ohana. Back to school event for grades 1-6. Meet your teachers, learn about curriculum, and find out ways to partner with the school to support your child’s education. Kindergarten will meet their teachers during orientation.

Acceptable items: batteries (UPS, Lead Acid), computers and IT peripherals, cell phones, hard drives, IT equipment, laptops, power cords, printers, tv’s.

Do not bring cooking appliances, electrical personal items, floor fans and vacuums, stereo equipment, hazardous materials, Roomba’s or Dyson products, Lithium batteries, construction and demolition waste.

Please bring with you: your car, your child & your child’s car seat

Gloves, trash bags, water will be provided. Wear covered shoes, long sleeves, & sun protection.
